In this role of Application Development and Maintenance Front Office Lead, following were my main responsibilities:- 1) Representing Wipro at onsite for LBG customer as SPOC.2) Maintain 100% continuity of General Insurance business services while we were integrating two major banks in UK.3) Lead and manage Application support and maintenance team along with development team at onsite and offshore model4) Project costing and estimation along with project execution planning5) Managing customer engagement & stakeholder management

I had worked in this role,while playing dual role of a Project leader and Onsite Technical Lead in an iconic development Program with 3 phases:In-housing Phase 1- I worked as Senior Developer/Analyst on this phase till project GO-Live .In-housing Phase 2- I worked as Technical Lead while leading team of developer from onsite and getting the Design & Development done. I was promoted to Senior Project Engineer role in just after 15 months of my experience as Project Engineer and under this role I have worked for various international BFSI domain customers both onsite-UK and offshore-India. I have shown my proven Technical,Functional,team player skills during these assignments and have received several commendations form both Customers and Wipro.
