I started my journey at Capgemini and Deloitte, focusing on system integration and technology strategies for the insurance sector. In 2015, I joined Icertis, where I played a key role in building the product capabilities and have witnessed the company’s growth from a small start-up to the global leader in contract lifecycle management (CLM).At Icertis, I’ve worked extensively on platform experience, Innovations, delivery strategies, and R&D initiatives and delivered the platform to global tech giants. Currently, I’m part of the AI engineering team, where I focus on building intelligent copilots using generative AI technologies, My role involves defining Copilot UI, user experiences, improving accuracy, and creating AI-driven solutions that enhance contract management processes.Passionate about making AI more human-like and engaging, I strive to develop solutions that improve customer adoption and solve real business problems creatively. I hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering and a Senior Management Program certification from IIM Calcutta, blending technical expertise with business strategy to deliver impactful results.
