• Develop/Draft-civil drawings and accumulate field data to fortify design as needed using AutoCAD and Civil3D. Develop cost-effective design and constraints. • Perform engineering functions for site development, parking lots, storm water mgmt. design, site grading, drainage plan, utility plan, for residential/commercial from inception through design and execution.• Perform onsite inspection and observation through the period of development while execution.• Develop traffic control plans (TCP) based on COH IDM guidelines.• Obtain project permitting approvals with City, County Authority, TxDOT permits etc. • Conducted traffic studies according to the project and analyze current and proposed trip generations (based on ITE trip generation Handbook)• Compute load and grading requirements, water flow rates, profiles, cross section, slopes and material stress factors, to determine design specifications. Analyzed design issues and recommend precise action.

• Coordinate with City of Detroit, contractors, subcontractors and participate in client/public meetings. • Develop project Schedules, prepare bids and reporting clients, public agencies and planning bodies• To monitor the progress and compile reports on projects status and maintain equipment schedules and work with equipment vendor. • Ensure that all material used and work performed as per specification• Formulate/Assemble various layouts of construction using computer Aid software such as AutoCAD• Perform on site construction inspection/observation in accordance with company and client production and design standards
