I have overseen tasks in the GDC team, such as Expensify management, APAC payroll processing (Faster Reimbursement Process billing), Zendesk admin update tasks, dashboard update tasks, help juice articles update, expense report validation, Juro, and due diligence check for both client and vendor and have also helped my team with payslip and timesheet upload every month.My experience in payroll processing and expense processing for multiple countries, such as Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Vietnam, has allowed me to execute payroll for 250+ employees with 100% accuracy and timeliness. I have processed semi-monthly 30+ expense claims per local legislation and policies, ensuring timely approval of supportive employee expenses in the Expensify tool and processed FRP through Netsuite Billing.At Velocity Global, I have also worked on 1200+ Expensify requests over these 20+ months, creating new policies and managing existing policies for supporting employees. I have reviewed and approved over 1500+ expense reports submitted by employees across different regions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures. I have created and managed over 1,000 supportive employee Expensify accounts and developed and implemented the JURO tool to automate contract generation, reducing man-hours by 80%.I have been instrumental in the tech rollouts for the team and have taken exploration on Zapier, Airtable, Zendesk, Asana, etc. I have individually worked on building quick Slack integrations from Zendesk for the new Tier1 Support project on which the team is working.
