AAG Analytics Data Mart: Under Accountants and Advisor Group, built a Data Mart to capture and analyze the Quickbooks Online for Accountant and ProAdvisor Intuit Product's data on Hadoop.AAG being One of the Early Business Units in Intuit to onboard on to Hadoop, I was responsible for setting up the ETL framework to integrate the data from different entities to study the Accountant and Small Business Owners behaviors.Built Metrics that would benefit Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to track and closely monitor the Progress against their forecasts.Wrote the Entire ETL processes in Pig and automated using Oozie.Adhoc queries for Analysis or quick look were built in Hive.Built Tableau Reports to provide insights into key elements like Customer Usage, Gross New Subscriptions, Engagement Series per various Segmentations.Workforce Data Platform Data Mart:Responsible for Capturing the User Requirements, understanding the current pain points of all the Key Stake Holders using HR, Talent, Workforce related products.Designed a Data Model that would capture all the data elements from HR-Workday, Recruitment-Taleo, Finance, LMS, Survey, Compensation Systems etc.Built the required Metrics/KPIs needed for Analysis and Reporting.Modeled the Database to handle Complex Retro, Rescind and Correction transactions that occur during the Tenure of an Employee.Followed Agile and provided Mock reports before each sprint to gain Customer Delight.MATT, CAT Data Marts:Under BIO (Business Intelligence and Optimization) group, MATT was built to capture data for Marketing Analytics for Turbo Tax Team by integrating data from various Source Systems like Billing, Orders, Identity.CAT Data Mart served the Consumer Group Team to Analyze the data for any given Tax Year and also to get to YoY metrics.Built end to end ETL Framework without any Tools using Unix Shell scripting including ETL, Audit, Reporting, Error Identifications, Alerting, Re-Processing of Batch Loads.
