CurrentOverall responsibility of manufacturing of plastic moulded parts & subsequent moulding suppliers, assembly, plant mould & machine maintenance - Arburg , Fanuc, Engle, Toshiba from 30T to 250TResponsible for team yearly performance assessment, target setting & follow up, implementation of management initiatives related to improvements, training of dept colleagues and overall development of team competency in OperationsResponsible for identifying and organizing resources needed for operations. Should know - the work force calculations based on demand, RM requirement, OEE requirement, machine loading plan and daily verifying mechanisms for ensuring the optimal use of deployed resources through load Vs capacity calculationProductivity improvement through energy saving proposals – mould machine matrix , solar, VFD, Automation- Robots, cobot, conveyor automation, cycle time reduction, supplier rationalization, labour rationalization- man: machine ratio, plastic raw material, technological changes.Annual budgeting for operation related capex, monthly consumable, travelling expenses.Minimizing customer complaints and initiate corrective and preventive actions.Responsible for on time delivery.Responsible for reducing the Internal rejection using various Quality Tools in collaboration with Quality head.Responsible for shop floor inventory management, stock verification activities & variance control.Drive employee engagement initiatives- Improve labor relations, reduce absenteeism, reduce accidents.Create safe working environment in the plant with a focus of Unsafe Act and Unsafe conditions, capturing near mises, safety talk & walk for zero accident.Drive Integrated Management system to its effective contribution to the plant. Adherence to EHS and statutory complianceResponsible for TPM – SGIA, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED, Autonomous Maint, visual management, Lean manufacturing, PK, KB, TPM, SMED, A.M.., GMP Score, 5 “S”, KAIZEN, visual management, Lean manufacturing
