Embracing the future of Renewable Energy since 1986, I have dedicated over three decades to shaping the landscape of this dynamic industry. From its nascent stages to the thriving ecosystem, we see today, my journey has been one of unwavering passion for progress and innovation.Throughout my professional journey, I've orchestrated impactful initiatives across Haryana, assuming the role of a Project Officer to drive forward Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency programs. In addition to spearheading projects such as Solar Rooftop plants, Solar Water Pumping, Solar Cooking, and Biogas, I've championed a spectrum of endeavors including Rural Sanitation (Swachh Bharat Mission), District Innovation Fund, and Rural Livelihood programs. Collaborating closely with District Administrations, my responsibilities expanded over time, culminating in my tenure as Project Director until my retirement in September 2021. Continuing my commitment to knowledge sharing and advancement, I now serve as a Visiting Faculty and Technical Consultant in Renewable Energy, Skill Development, Academic Institutions and Social Organizations. This role allows me to impart wisdom gained from decades in the field while staying abreast of cutting-edge technologies and strategies.Recently, I embarked on a new chapter by founding Cytec Renewables Pvt Ltd, a startup dedicated to crafting innovative Renewable Energy products and solutions. Drawing from the wealth of ideas cultivated throughout my career, our focus lies in integrating Renewable Energy with Rural Livelihood initiatives.
