Problem-solving has always been my forte, whether it is to fix a bug in the code or identify a flaw/improvement in business processes. I started as a Java developer with this passion for problem-solving and gradually worked my way up to become solution architect helping customers in Industrial equipment domain to implement 3DEXPERIENCE projects.I have been part of some complex 3DEXPERIENCE migration and upgrade projects. In many of these projects my role is to:• Provide solution road map, give technical guidance to development teams.• Design end-to-end solution architectures from customer AS-IS to TO-BE, re-engineering current customer processes in Favor of out-of-the-box (OOTB) adoption.• Good at executing big migration projects which entails change in business processes, handling pressure situations and managing customer expectations.• Worked with various customers from Industrial Equipment, implementing transformation and migration projects from sources like SolidWorks EPDM, 3DEXPERIENCE DEC, PDM workgroup to UPS Data model.• Worked with key users to establish their Document Management, Product Innovation, Manufacturing, Service and Change Management processes.I have good working knowledge on SolidWorks, Inventor, CREO 3DEXPERIENCE connectors.Deep understanding of various apps in 3DEXPERIENCE like Engineering Release, IP Classification Editor, Document Management, Specification Management, Product Definition etc.During past few years I figured out I am good at building great development teams with perceived underdogs. There is joy in inspiring and helping individuals discover their full potential.I like exploring different countries and trying various cuisines. Till now, I have visited Denmark, Sweden, Russia, Thailand, Netherlands, Spain, Finland and Germany. I moved to the Netherlands 2 years ago and fell in love with the Dutch cycling culture.
