At the helm of The Compass Team for 14 years, I have been fortunate to see the organisation's footprint in educational support marked by the creation of HOPES and the delivery of Comprehensive Aptitude Assessments, which have collectively reached over 40,000 students and partnered with 150 schools. The Compass Team's commitment transcends typical educational boundaries, deeply investing in the emotional well-being of students, parents and educators.At the Fine Tuner, I have taken up the task of enhancing the confidence level of people -from students to home makers- to help them express themselves better. Communication, I firmly believe, is a tool that can work wonders. The Social Responsibility Initiative is a humble effort in fostering societal engagement across diverse groups, from students to senior citizens. These roles leverage my expertise in new business development and key account management, ensuring that programmes not only resonate but also instigate community involvement and responsibility.
