- Impact assessment, management & analysis- EPR Compliances and Operations - Design of the sustainable project, concept note and road map- CSR project design and identification of potential partners- CSR Policy and framework design- Onboarding of implementing agencies / NGOs / partners- Tie up with informal sector waste aggregators.- Tie up with NGOs and Corporates.- Vendor Identification.- Liasoning with Local Bodies.

- Planning and execution of plastic waste management initiatives- Conducting area surveys to assess plastic waste levels- Setting up and managing plastic recycling units- Liaisoning with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs)- Onboarding new NGO partners- Training and capacity building of stakeholders and NGO partners- Initiating new projects for plastic waste reduction and recycling- Monitoring and evaluating program progress and impact- Engaging with the community through awareness campaigns and workshops- Preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders and funding agencies

- Designing waste management plans for BWG/Corporates.- Souring of Plastic waste.- Vendor Management- Management of Dry Waste Collection Centers- Managed the CSR&EPR projects for HUL, Bisleri, Asian Paints, and Tetrapak.- Liasoning with Local Bodies.- Tie up with informal sector waste aggregators.- Tie up and design waste management plant with NGOs and Corporates.- Conducting Awareness Campaigns for corporates and Municipalities.

-Handling of a waste load of 3000TPD.-Maintaining the roads for proper transportation.-Co-ordinate with a surveyor for taking as-built.-To coordinate with machine Contractor for Execution, Erection & Commissioning.-To provide the entire civil solutions as per requirement, including construction and repairing of roads, tipping platforms, maintaining slopes, -To maintain the DPR.-To check the entire work according to approved drawings.-To coordinate with MCGM for all approvals.
