1.Established the New Line and Facility for Electric vehicle (BMW-Electric vehicle ) and Proved the Facility on time from Alpha to Sop build.2.Established the New line and Manufacturing facility for Charger assembly station for installation in dealer and customer usage for all over India.3.Preparation of MBOM with GA drawings, providing DFB from initial stage of drawing release to final release of drawings.4.Developed the Electric Vehicle Subassembly line for 4.0 Industrialization with traceability mapping.5.Developed the Roller test bench for Vehicle assembly line with product characteristics checking interlock to provide 100 straight passes for final inspection.6.Developed the Cascade Flashing program station for vehicle assembly which enable the software logic for Homologation requirements.

1.Established the New Line and Facility for IC vehicle - Meteor and Hunter 350 model, and Proved the Facility on time from Alpha to Sop build.2.Preparation of MBOM with GA drawings, providing DFB from initial stage of drawing release to final release of drawings.3.Developed the Vehicle Subassembly line for 4.0 Industrialization with traceability mapping.4.Possess good knowledge in process planning, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), control plan, FMEA & PPAP.5.Possess knowledge on Line balancing on both static and moving conveyor line assembly, and improved the capacity enhancement from 400/shift to 600/Shift for Meteor and Classic models.6.Installed Robotic tightening automation, Auto feed and tightening and saved 5 manpower/day and improved the productivity by cycle time reduction7.Capex and Revex planning with facility requirement for New product development.8.Providing PPAP documents at each phase of buid from Alpha to Production phase with approval from QA team.9.Tracking the Project timeline and ensuring all the facilities and Equipment’s are on track to avoid bottleneck.10.Following Lean manufacturing principles, statistical process control and designing single flow line for manufacturing multiple models.11.Preparation of operation standard for each build and updating with respect to ECN changes on every build.
