Part-1: - Conducted Gemba Walk, VA/NVA analysis, and utilized other lean tools to identify process bottlenecks and prioritize problems to be solved. - Conducted Skill Matrix, created Quality gates, and used other lean tools to improve daily business processes. - Developed a new tool, "Process Strategy Chessboard," based on complexity and manufacturing cost to simplify the process and prioritize tasks for all the departments in the company to be aligned with each other.Part-2:The second part of the thesis is to introduce the best method to make the department more agile and flexible that can be suitable. - Analyzed the current department structure, team, and roles to identify challenges and proposed solutions to make the department more agile and flexible. - Adopted the SCRUM method for a more agile and flexible approach with an emphasis on teamwork, regular evaluations, and continuous improvement. - Defined Scrum roles, responsibilities, events, and activities to effectively implement the framework and optimize department performance.
