Handled Customer Analytics deliverables for “One of Top 3 Life Insurers of India” , "Leading Financial Services Conglomerate of India” & "a major DTH Provider in India"i) Cross Sell Models : Built a cross sell model to identify high propensity customers to pitch another Insurance policy. The model could successfully capture 92% of the cross-sells in the top 30%. Built another cross-sell model to pitch existing broking customers, one of the 5 different financial products available target customer base in the validation phase. ii) Lead Scoring Model : Built a Consumer loan leads data to capture the leads with highest propensity to buy a Life Insurance. The lead conversion improved by 5% as compared to status quo when tested/campaigned in 5 selected citiesiii) Market Basket Analysis : Built a association rules based recommender system to pitch the next best policy for the existing policy holders basis past data.iv) Segmentation : Carried out segmentation exercise across three different aspects on the entirecustomer base to create distinct customer personas, which are further used in Models as well as in designing tailor-made campaignsv) Churn Model : Built two churn models - one for Derivatives trading customers and another for Equity trading customers to predict the customers who are more likely to churn in the next 30 days and 90 days respectively. Engagement activities are planed basis the score to reduce the churn rate by 4%vi) Text Analytics for Fraud detection: Worked on the “Claims text data” of one of the leading general insurance company using NLP techniques as a support to the team working on fraud detection modelWas awarded as the “Best New Comer of the quarter” and “Proactive employee” for the Month December-2015, with in one month of joining the organisation
