I love designing network & security architectures which cater to different business requirements of an organization. To accomplish this, I focus on key business objectives, quickly adapt to emerging technologies and imbibe them into my daily routine to make myself functionally effective.I take pride when I see my network & security designs take shape and function which assists the customer with easier day to day operations & providing the agility to scale based on business requirements as well. I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy.My current role allows me to expand on what I love and and also impart the same to my team as well. Leading a team of highly skilled technical team and keeping them motivated whilst focussing on customer satisfaction is something to strive for. I believe in consulting approach and throughout my career I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions. I am able to quickly uncover a customer's pain point and identify a strategic solution. Lately I have been engaged on Business Strategies and Decisions. This was a complete shift in tide as it allowed me to explore the Business Side of the World and what drives the Strategic decisions / Cost / New Business Initiatives / Future Roadmaps etc etc. Being a passionately curious person there is never an end to learn new things in life and career.
