As a professional with over 23 years of experience, I have always been handpicked to choose tough assignments and thus fortunate to work across different industries from Consumer Durables to Telecom, Broadcast to OTT and Technology. I have handled leadership roles in General management, P&L, Sales & Business Development, Marketing/Brand management. This helped me garner a rich diversified experience over the last two decades.As a Digital Media expert, a data driven and team-oriented leader, I have been responsible for incubating, building and launching new brands, products, businesses and help increase the market share, revenue and thus the shareholder value. Have been fortunate to work with some large, reputed and respected brands like Videocon, Sansui, Toshiba, Tata Indicom, Zee, ditto TV, Eureka, Evergent, Horizon during my career. A decade ago, when consumers and organizations started adopting and moving digital, I was fortunate to be at the right time in businesses that were moving digital. At Zee, having worked from concept stage to launch of India’s first OTT platform in India, helped me understand the digital journey, think out of the box, contribute more and become a pioneer in the industry. Later with Evergent and Horizon, I was fortunate to work with tech leaders, big and small enterprises that gave me a wider perspective of how advanced technology and cloud helped businesses transform themselves and help them engage more with their customers.In the initial phase of my career, I had an 8 year association as Marketing Head with Videocon group and then worked with Tata Communications for 3 yearsI now have a unique combined experience of managing, Digital Businesses that are both Consumer centric and Technology driven. Handling different verticals, helped me develop excellent people management skills across internal and external stakeholders. This helped me to manage large diverse teams to successfully deliver the set goals for the organization.
