-Involved in the development of Erection drawings & Shop drawings for Primary & secondary framing and various type of metal panels for Pre-Engineered Metal buildings.- Coordinating & assisting with the sales team, estimation, production & erection teams at all phases of the project-Involved in the development of Approval/Permit/ GA drawings of Pre-Engineered Metal buildings according to the client's requirements.-Shop Drawings & Erection drawings for screwdown metal panels, standing seam panels, Mezzanine Decking, Louvers, Skylight Fall Protection Frames, Roof Curbs, Roof Monitors, Ridge Vents, Insulation- Generation of Bill of Quantities/Material (BOM/BOQ)- PEB/Steel building detailing using MBS & STAAD Pro Output (Anchor Drawing and GA Drawings)- Using SAP to save & process files for the production/billing process

• Responsible for project tasks including: - Drawing Reviews - Shop Drawing Development for building envelope systems(GN Sheets, Elevation & Plan Views, Detail drawings , Flashing Sheets) - Bill of Material generation - Checking drawings for accuracy and errors• Experienced Metal Building Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry in North America.• Hands on all kinds of work in Building Envelope Systems - Metal Panel, Insulated Panel, Aluminum Composite Panel, Glass Facade/Windows• In depth knowledge & experience on Existing building facades replacements, renovation, retrofitting works. • I completed a month-long internship at JSW Steel Plant, where I gained in-depth exposure to various steel production processes, including blast furnace operations, hot rolling.• The training emphasized the implementation of strict occupational safety protocols such as hazard identification, PPE usage, and emergency response procedures to maintain a safe working environment.• I observed and learned about preventive and predictive maintenance practices, including condition monitoring and scheduled downtimes, to ensure the efficient performance of critical equipment like conveyor systems, furnaces, and cooling towers.• Additionally, I explored the journey of steel, from raw materials to the finished product, gaining insights into its complex and fascinating transformation process.• The journey also highlighted the environmental impact of steel production. JSW, as one of the first Indian steelmakers with GreenPro Ecolabel certification, is committed to eco-friendly and sustainable practices for a greener future.• This hands-on experience deepened my technical knowledge of metallurgical processes, safety compliance, maintenance strategies, and the importance of sustainability in industrial operations.
