I love what I do because it allows me to help patients on a large scale. And yes, I still provide clinical care too - I find it keeps me grounded, reminded of what's important, and in touch with the challenges of today.By serving in executive leadership roles for medical groups, hospitals, health systems, population health organizations (IPAs, ACOs, CINs), and health plans, I've had the opportunity to make an impact on a regional and national level...in all parts of our healthcare ecosystem, to really understand how they work.I've also helped individuals and organizations in healthcare (including startups) in solving tough problems as a strategic advisor, consultant, and coach.
