Dynamic professional with 17 years of significant research and development experience in the field of polymer additive blends (Superblends, One-pack system, NDB) for upstream (resin manufacturers) and Masterbatches (Additive, white and color masterbatches) for polymer converters.Exclusively worked on multiple research projects related to Polymer Additives. Purpose is to optimize and improve the final performance of polymer additives in polypropylene and polyethylene resins. Specifically worked on a number of industrially available nucleators and studied their interaction with other polymer additives like antioxidants, slip, antistatic agents and inorganic minerals (anti-blocking agents). Successfully worked on sustainability solution projects for resin producers to reduce the carbon footprints in the region. Technically supporting the resin manufacturers and downstream converters by providing the adequate data generated by series of pilot plant trials and testing with FTIR/HPLC/DSC/XRF etc. Independently developed a grade slate for the masterbatches for BoPP film application which are successfully running on Bruckner BoPP film lines. Regularly visiting the customers and participating in onsite technical discussions, product trials and technical solutions of customer complaints.
