Heading and managing a total staff strength of 2100 employeesPlanning and performing staff restructuring (right- sizing) for optimum productivity. Responsible for preparing new salary structure (CTC) for expatriate staff (100nos) and local staff (2000nos) and ensuring constant staff rotation to various departments nationwide.Organizing constant training for productivity enhancement

Responsibility of managing all aspects of imports, logistics, marketing and day to day affairs of trading company. Managing import of agricultural equipment from India/China, pharmaceutical products & ceiling fans from India and FMCG products from China, Singapore and Europe. Importing plastic raw material from Korea, Saudi Arabia and Europe. Successfully introduced new products in Nigerian market.Commended for effectively negotiating the Distributorship agreements with suppliers from China, India, and Korea & Europe.

Involved in managing a non-functioning plastic manufacturing unit Mercury Manufacturing Limited at Lagos. Handling all aspects of running the company from scratch and managing day to day affairs of the manufacturing Unit. Successfully increased production by 800% with Injection moulding machines within 4 years. Achieved higher rate of return on investment
