Technical Responsibility(NOC/EMS):*Currently in my part of Transmission Network engineering team.*Managing Services for My Current Client APSFL on Cisco DWDM Equipment i.e. on performing all types of change management activities in OLA & DWDM node for AP Region. *Troubleshooting of Network related issues and routing protocols like ISIS, OSPF, and MPLS.*Provisioning, shifting and up-gradation of circuits for delivery as per customer requirement.*Troubleshooting on link/interface flapping issues, Network performance degradation, packet loss and completed submitted trouble tickets for network issues.*Execution of network change activities as per planning document.*Responsible for Rectification of Alarms and Losses & Coordinating With field Team. Help Customer for All issues. *Working for Trouble Tickets for continuous alarms monitoring and addressing primary issue reported by customer. *Reverting mails, issues addressed by customer on primary basis. *Preparing Daily Service Reports, Daily Fault Reports.*Basically my work profile is check daily basis on NMS where is some problems like as getting high/low optical power, high temperature, monitoring faults, tracing, performance.*I look for alerts or malfunctions and apply needed investigations in order to determine the cause of the problem.
