Had been part of McKinsey/Eicher task for on organization restructuring & people processes in TATA STEEL.As a member of the business leadership team, I have been instrumental in developing long-term strategies and short-term goals for HR that align with overall business objectives. My expertise lies in establishing strong, consistent, and effective communication channels across stakeholders and fostering a performance-oriented culture rooted in integrity and a solid value system.Organizational development and learning interventions are key building blocks in my approach to aligning people strategy with business needs.
