Director Global Events And Program Manager
CurrentAs an individual I am responsible for identifying blind children and educators in Madhya Pradesh, my primary responsibility is to reach out to remote areas and identify visually impaired children who are not receiving formal education. This would involve working with local communities, NGOs, and government organizations to locate and enroll eligible children in the ARUNODAYA (Sun Shine) program conducted by Ek Kadam Aur FoundationI am also responsible for recruiting qualified special educators and trainers who have experience working with visually impaired children. This would involve conducting interviews, verifying credentials, and selecting individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to the program's goals.Once the program is up and running, your responsibility would be to oversee its successful implementation. This would involve monitoring the progress of the students, ensuring that the curriculum is being taught effectively, and addressing any challenges that arise. You would also need to ensure that the trainers are providing individualized attention and support to each child to help them succeed. In addition to these responsibilities, you would also be responsible for organizing global events that promote knowledge sharing and exchange of best practices in educating visually impaired children. This would involve collaborating with other organizations and experts in the field, identifying relevant topics and themes, and managing logistics and communications for the events. Through these events, you can learn about innovative approaches and share your own experiences to benefit the wider community of educators and advocates for the visually impaired. To know more about the program please go through : https://www.ekkadamaur.org/train-the-trainer-for-blind
