So I did my specialization and became a Corporate and Tax Lawyer.My expertise lies in Corporate Law, Taxation Law, Labour Issues, Trademark Issues, Intellectual Property Rights, India Entry Strategies, and Investment Structuring, with a special emphasis on the areas of Foreign & Domestic Investments and Divestment, Collaborations, Regulatory Approvals and Compliance, Foreign Trade and Exchange Control Laws.In my journey so far, I have advised various individual and corporate clients on tax-related issues, amalgamations, mergers, acquisitions, etc. And helped a number of companies with matters related to incorporation, winding up, insolvency, etc.I routinely present arguments in the court of law, representing the clients on varied matters, and advise clients on a regulator basis on Income tax, Trade tax, indirect taxation, GST, etc.Actually, in my early years as a lawyer, I realized that most common people in our country do not understand fundamental legal concepts.
