*Design material holding fixtures for 3-Axis, 4-Axis, 5-Axis machines. *The machines like Okuma, DMG Mori, Doosan, Hwacheon and Haas. *Creating assembly kinematics and drawings for 3, 4 & 5-Axis machines. Lathe Chuck Softjaw design for holding circular objects and irregular objects (DMG Mori).*Design surgical instruments for medical applications under surgeon’s requirements. *Responsible for parts modeling, assembly, detailing & bom. *Creating manufacturing procedures for machining the object and assembly procedures for product assembly. *Reviewing and forwarding the design for approvals. Designed, released and conducted validation of components using 3d printing. *Developing fixtures for special purpose equipment, Creating electrodes for EDM sparking and Preparing wirecut layouts to ease machining process. *To co-ordinate with supplier or sourcing team for development of components that involves the design sign-off, proto sample preparation and validation testing. Executing CAD work as per the specifications provided by the client and delivering quality outputs in time. *Supporting activities for the shop floor issues. *Understanding the shop floor issues and make the design changes respectively. *Preparing Device Master Record (DMR) and Design History File (DHF) for NPD projects.
