As an FE developer, my primary focus was new feature development for clinician’s web and mobile apps, which are used by thousands of medical clinicians every day. Some of the main features that I was directly involved in are mentioned below. ★ Highly involved in most of the FE development of a cutting-edge system for automated resume text extraction using OpenAI, significantly reducing manual effort and improving efficiency in candidate evaluation processes. This includes some advanced data mappings, pre-populating form fields with scanned data with active form stepper, and complex form validation logic, to ensure data validation before form submission. ★ Direct involvement in FE development for successful introduction and integration of DocuSign as an eSignature Provider, streamlining contract management processes and enhancing overall workflow efficiency.★ Built a job search platform for travelers(users) that leverages some of their existing data to filter out the possible fit on the fly. This also includes implementing the Google Maps API for location and things to do in their new job locations.★ Built an easy-to-use onboarding platform also known as Traveler Checklist on Deal for travelers(users), where they could easily navigate through some high-priority documents and fill them ASAP to land on their next deal.★ Highly involved in adding and maintaining a shared component library for React.★ Responsible for maintaining and adding a new feature to an admin portal for CCs and Recruiters. This portal is primarily used on to review and manage traveler checklist documents for travelers(users).★ Responsible for developing high-quality modular React code and e2e testing using tools such as Playwright and Jest.★ Managed releases for the FE team.★ Served as a pivotal resource for the team, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and expertise in problem-solving to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
