NOC Manager responsible for:• Manage 24-hour 2nd level technical support center• Manage and Operation 2nd level Ip Network team for Customer support• Manage and Operation with external Technicians and vendors the installation Broadband services• Manage contracts with external Technicians by defining services, timeline and SLA• Manage, planning and implementation appropriate technical trainings for the Technical Contractors’ technicians • Monitor field technician projects progress and delivering services status to relevant internals teams • Coordinates procedures for finding new Technicians • Manage team for the control and invoicing of technical works

Network Technician Supervisor responsible for:• Operate day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability, and serviceability within minimal interruption• Monitor and reports for Backbone Network • Provide technical support, respond to work orders and tickets from the users, analyze and solve reported network problems• Manage and Operation 3rd Internet Partners
