ACHIEVEMENTS:★ Contribute to the realization of 5 catalogs of more than 600 pages gathering allEureka products including technical sheets, photos, descriptions, etc.★ To be responsible for the content of the Eureka website as well as content on allThe social media.★ Organize all events related to the catalog launches from V6 to V9.RESPONSIBILITIES: ◆ Member of the Marketing Committee, participate in the selection of suppliers and the design of the catalog. ◆ Be the point of contact for external suppliers (advertising and printing agencies) involved in the design of the catalog and any print media. ◆ Responsible for the quality of the catalog's contents and overseeing the design, production, and printing of the catalog. ◆ Supervise and coordinate the content, presentation, and accessibility of the website. ◆ Participate in the development of materials needed to launch new products, Strategies and promotional activities and coordinate graphic production. ◆ Coordinate all Eureka promotional events in North America. ◆ Coordinate the production of visual equipment for showrooms and exhibitions. ◆ Ensure dissemination on social media. ◆ Maintain the price list on InDesign as well as in the Microsoft Dynamics AX computer system and update technical data sheets. ◆ Leads photo sessions of new products in the studio as well as in urban areas.

ACHIEVEMENTS: ★ Convert information during the system transition for the implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics AX and participate in the development of the product configurator. ★ Organize the price list and integrate it into the InDesign software. ★ To be the technical reference of the products for the 3 offices in Canada.RESPONSIBILITIES:◆ Enter quotations and orders and follow-up. ◆ Create modified product standards. ◆ Provide technical support for offices in Toronto, Vancouver, and Montreal. ◆ Provide administrative marketing support to vendors and agents. ◆ Actively participate in various special projects such as pricing, catalog and product configurator and price configurator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:◆ Provide administrative and technical support to the Toronto office and to the Montreal Customer Service.◆ Be responsible for the scoring system for all the employees◆ Documenting tasks as a flow chart diagram information.◆ Performs various human resources tasks.◆ Assist the President in all other administrative tasks such as the implementation of the new computer system, document layout on PowerPoint, etc.◆ Provide assistance to other departments during over work such as accounting, sales, procurement, production, research, and development. ◆ Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service (bank conciliation) for one of the group's companies.
