I am connected to the regional airports Groningen Airport Eelde and Maastricht Aachen Airport, together called the Regional Unit. At LVNL headquarters I represent the Regional Unit in various change projects within LVNL. Also I am involved in various cases to improve the safety, efficiency or environmental aspects of our services. If procedures can be improved, I write procedure design documents together with the operational experts at GAE or MAA. For larger changes within the Regional Unit, I take the role as project leader to implement these changes.

I am responsible for analyzing and establishing the training needs for the professional competence training of several operational units of LVNL, such as Maastricht Aachen Airport, Groningen Airport Eelde and Lelystad Airport. I develop training courses according to the training needs and the applicable laws and regulations. Also developing conversion training courses is part of my job. In the continuously changing world of aviation, changes to systems or procedures are ongoing within LVNL. By attending various projects within the company, my input and expertise on training development contributes to a smooth transition of systems or procedures.

At EASTO I am responsible for promoting and selling our aviation regulation training courses. With a solid network within Europe and abroad, I contribute to register a variety of attendants to our course who will be taught by our experienced trainers, but will also learn from each other. For larger groups, we are happy to send our trainers to your organisation for in-house courses.

In this challenging job I manage the Training Planning & Management department and its team and manage the process of Training Operations. As such, I am responsible for the current, existing and ongoing training activities, including preparing quotes for training services as per the company’s procedures and coordinating allocated Regional JAA TO Training Centers. Also, the the planning of training activities (including the yearly training calendar) is one of my main responsibilities. Further, I lead and coordinated the the workflow within the department and distribute incoming business to the Training Coordinators. I am responsible for the EPR (Employee Performance Review) of the Training Coordinators. I am responsible for client-relationship for current training activities (satisfaction, feedback, complaints etc.) and internally I am the point of contact for the accounting department regarding payment issues (incl. checking various incoming invoices from trainers, partners, etc)Obviousy I also take care, together with my team, of general communication and all training-related queries via email, telephone etc.I supervise the coordination of new courses, including planning with trainers and support the CDU Manager with ad-hoc requests. Further, I am providing status report periodically to the Manager Marketing and Sales Strategies.

Head of JAA TO's Training Department, the beating heart of the organisation. In this function, l lead a team of 3 staff members and with this team I am responsible for organizing, planning and selling training courses, at our JAA TO training centers, as well as at our Clients' locations. Part of my daily work is making financial/revenu reports, arranging travel for our trainers and checking invoices for delivered services.To celebrate JAA TO's 10th aniversary in 2015, I organized a special outing to Sail 2015. It was my responsibility to arrange this all from A to Z, including merchandising, hotels and lodging for our guests, transportation, etc. The event went very smoothly and was a great success.

As Training Manager I am responsible for organizing training courses within JAA TO's training locations as well as on our Clients' locations. Besides advising our clients and participants, I coordinate, plan and sell training courses, together arranging travel plans for our Trainers.

In January 2008 I started working as Facility Manager at JAA TO Hoofddorp. My main responsibilities are: arranging contracts with our suppliers and maintain good relationships with them, buy services and materials in a cost-effective way, communicate all Facility related matters within the organisation and ensure that our buildings always look nice and welcoming.
