Something bigger than myself. That became the main goal in my life. I traded boxer shorts and developed software to analyze handwriting before eventually finding my way into the food and health sector, where I invented the cauliflower pizza, which became a huge success across Europe.I became truly passionate about innovation and health and made it my mission to turn health innovations into successful, scalable businesses.I love my work, but nothing beats an early morning walk in Amsterdam with my family, watching the sunrise.Those are the moments that are truly priceless to me.
