Motivating, supporting and developing my team as well as managing, improving and holding responsibility of the inbound process at Royal FloraHolland. This process consists of 40-70 employees per shift handling the incoming flowers and plants and stock them at the right location in order to hold a flawless auction. A great challenge because of the time pressure and the outstretched work floor.

Motivating and supporting the team members in their daily work by solving their problems and difficulties. Besides that developing the team members and processes in order to become a strong department.

*Part of Traineeship Supply Chain & Procurement at Yacht*As a Component Loan Controller I coordinated the process of borrowing components from external parties. This included the arrangement of a return unit (from KLM or a customer) and related documents and closing off the borrow in cooperation with the third party. Moreover, I have been occupied with the handover of these tasks to another department within KLM.As a Repair and Availability Controller I took care of components that were sent at third parties for repairs. I reviewed quotes and controlled and discussed the lead times. Besides that, I have been involved by the process of creating a link between customer related and repair related departments within KLM.

Link between project teams (internal customer), warehouse and procurement. Coordinating and monitoring the supply and return of (certified) equipment to vessels and project sites by arranging items (including related certificates) out of the warehouse or from suppliers and arranging transportation.

Optimizing logistics processes within the supply chain.

Mapping the supply chain of the Dutch fresh sector with use of the Supply Chain Operations Reference Model (SCOR) in order to gain information about product flows, information flows and performances.

As logistics intern I designed a lay-out for the new warehouse. Besides that I managed the movement from the old warehouse to the new warehouse.
