Responsible for training large groups of Long Term Care Owners and Operators, Marketing Professionals, Executive Directors and front line staff on all aspects of sales, marketing and customer service excellence in the long term care industry.

Responsible for overseeing the overall marketing functions and success of five locations of long term care facilities in southeastern Wisconsin. Created the organization's vision and developed both short and long term marketing plans which include: market feasibility & analysis, competitive intelligence, new services and amenities offerings, product positioning, pricing strategy, budget management, product promotion, resident retention, and direction to Marketing Directors.Responsible for overseeing and participating in all aspects of occupancy and goals for one Independent Senior Living Community, five RCAC's (Residential Care Apartment Community), two CBRF's (Community Based Residential Facility), one ADC (Adult Day Care), and one SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility).Responsible for development, creation, and execution of all marketing collateral, advertising, public relations, press releases, in-house promotions and direct mail.Created the Outreach Community Marketing position and responsible for the orientation and on-going training of all team members.Lead and facilitate all marketing team meetings, orientations and continued education programs for marketing team members.
