As a consultancy, AWVN is operational in the whole field of employership, employment conditions and employment relationships. Responsible for consultancy projects, i.e., developing an online tool “skills passport Schiphol”; organizing work in new (agile) ways; modern performance management. With the aim of helping people to excel at work.

As a projectmanager I lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop high quality solutions on time and budget. I am responsible for managing the full project life cycle, relating to successful implementation or process optimization (LEAN) of Randstad business solutions for strategic- and large accounts.

The Randstad management traineeship is designed for high potentials. During this traineeship you hold different positions and are active in various projects. Commerce, leadership and personal development are key elements in the program. Every week one day is spend in "the thinktank", a group of trainees who explore strategic challenges in the organization and report to higher management on their findings and recommendations. My positions during the management traineeship were: - Year 3 onwards: at the Sales and Accountmanagement department I worked on client implementations and process optimization projects. - Year 2: at the Marketing department I was responsible for the coordination of a Randstad marketing campaign. - Year 1: at the staffing agency I was responsible for acquisition of new clients, relationship management, providing staffing solutions and recruiting and selecting flexible workers.

Market analyst: conducting a market analysis in the healthcare sector in the Netherlands, as a potential market for clientresearch. Projectassistent: in a multidisciplinar team responsible for the implementation of client/employee-related research for companies.

China

Performing a five week during research in China for Dutch companies. Personal instructor: “Dutch Green Technology”. Goal: finding out the challenges and possibilities of doing business in China, conducting a market analysis in the sectors agriculture and sustainability in Shandong province. Also responsible for the acquisition (budget: E100.000, of which E30.000 (three projects), personally acquired).
