• Concept MG Agency started a few years ago when I assumed that my expertise could be helpful in the equine industry. The western disciplines are slowly growing in Europe however the related services to develop the sport are not following up with the progress of the industry. • GoalMG Agency aims to gather people with similar needs by creating unique experience. • Live Broadcast InterviewsIf you did not know reining and its actors, the live broadcast interviews recorded during Equita Lyon 2017 were the best way to learn about it. • Engaging public interestThis was my first experience as a public speaker/reporter. With my expertise and network in the industry, I got to do many sport interviews with international athletes, influencers and professionals in reining. In order to create awareness about the sport, the interviews provided entertainment and knowledge about reining to both a novice and informed audience.• Maintaining partner relationshipsThose interviews were also a great way to highlight our partners and send a mutual beneficial message. It was the perfect time to celebrate athlete's success as well. • Creativity & Reactivity You definitely need to keep your wits about you. I developed strong communication and interpersonal skills such as public speaking, the ability to improvise, critical thinking and mental agility.

• Living abroad, learning English I had the pleasure to work for Schmersal Reining Horses for over two years. During the first year, the business was based in Overbrook, OK and then moved to Scottsdale, AZ. • Horse riding skills My duties were to train horses to become competitive athletes at high-performance sport. • Being proactive and efficient This position taught me how to handle the pressure and to be a team member.
