In mei 2017 ben ik begonnen bij WeKnowPeople om de marketing op te zetten om zo meer naamsbekendheid te genereren. En wat een resultaten zijn er al neergezet. WeKnowPeople is zichtbaarder en opdrachtgevers weten ons zelf te vinden. Een paar kleine victories zijn, dat het CRM systeem nu is ingericht dat we kunnen sturen op cijfers, dat het aantal kandidaten in de database is verdubbelt en kandidaten het interessant vinden om WeKnowPeople op Social Media te volgen. Momenteel geef ik ook workshops in employer branding op LinkedIn, zet ik recruitment marketing in voor organisaties met een kleiner budget en ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het handhaven van de AVG.Wat het zo leuk maakt om voor WeKnowPeople te werken is de passie die er is om mensen te verbinden. As a development guide I had the care over a small group of children with severe autism. I had to teach them how to behave, perceive problems and think on it quickly. I had to act calm and relaxed among those children.

Second internship after my graduation. My job was to hold interviews with children, with all kind of problems, and with their parents. During those interviews I had to collect all the diagnostic material that was needed. It also involved field researches outside the practice. All those materials had to be written down in reports.
