• Establish project schedule & participate in development of implementation plan;

• Create, reconcile and analyze invoices for, but not limited to, the Customer Response Center (Parts Express, Interim Lift and Mobile Repair Team), Field Service Administration, Customer Liaison Pilot and Regional.
• Work closely with other department and analyze billing information, reconcile to data and research/resolve discrepancies,
• Develop new methods and procedures for controlling as well as clearly defined objectives and individual tasks/steps for the various regions and functions.
• Analyze interfaces to other systems and assess their impact. Introduce, coordinate and monitor the implementation process of individual systems where required.
• Analyze and prepare monthly governance reporting on forecast accuracy based on SAP data.
• Support data mining and data analysis required by internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage a group in-box in order to reply to all ad-hocs questions that the Field Service Representatives may have,
• Issue all billing requests, goodwill and warranty claim relating to work done by a European Engineering Mobile Response Team,
