This can only be succesful if organizations are sincere and realize they need to work together with their stakeholders. Those stakeholders all have different interests. There is a need for mutual trust and understanding. Only then sustainable solutions can be found and implemented. I help organizations to connect with their stakeholders, and search for new sustainable and workable solutions by for example strategizing and implementing a new lobby strategy, developing a new campaign as part of a public affairs strategy, stakeholder management and training the organization in lobby & advocacy or sustainability issues. My current assignments are with FoodFIRST for whom I am organizing RBC dialogue meetings RBC for the Food Industry and CNV internationaal, where I work together with CNV staff on capacitybuilding of their partner unions in production countries and on whose behalf I am lead trainer of the SER Due Diligence Roadshow for the Metal, Natural Stone and Renewable Energy Agreements.

Special focus since 2013 on CSR and Human Rights & Business (HRB): positioning ICCO as key player in the HRB discours, responsible for internal capacity buildingprogram on HRB and developing new HRB products & services.In addition:• Developing and executing of lobby and advocacy strategies on FED together with ICCO specialists and seven regional offices;• Representing ICCO to external stakeholders; • Member of the Steering Committee of the Dutch MVO Platform;• Member of ACT Alliance EU Private Sector Reference Group• Networking with government, companies, parliament, media and other stakeholders;• Analyzing relevant policy documents and developments fair economic development;
