About Mano Swerts

I started my career in IT in 2008, taking on several positions as a solutions engineer, technical lead, department lead, pre-sales and coach. I am an Alfresco certified engineer and have given several talks at various conferences.Because of my work at consultancy firms, I’ve had the privilege to operate in many different environments and business areas. I, therefore, pick-up new concepts and processes easily.I have hands-on experience with a wide range of technologies and methodologies: SCRUM, TDD, BDD, Alfresco, Spring, SQL & NoSQL, web services, messaging, Java, JavaScript, Docker, Puppet, etc. My work also gave me the opportunity to work with a lot of different people and personalities. A big part of my job is focused on client relations and leadership.As a result of taking on leadership, pre-sales and coaching roles, I am very people-focused and have worked with many clients in different countries: both on-premise as remotely.
