As a Design Engineer, I contribute in all phases of product development, including planning, concept, outline, engineering calculations, modelling, finite element analysis (FEA simulations), rendering, prototyping, testing, and technical support to several departments till testing completion.My responsibilities include acquiring diverse mechanical design experience in sheet metal, parts, assembly design, and packaging machinery designs.Moreover, I direct vendor development, simulation of equipment, and material selection from earlier role of design engineer to provide new ideas.Below listed are some of my achievements till date:► Built and monitored 3D modelling and assembly, 2D drawings, CAD drafting, including geometrical and dimensional tolerances (GD&T), component detailing, engineering documentation, and BOM of new product development. Performed FEA simulations to increase product life span.► Created innovative component replacements for existing machinery to enhance performance and extend equipment life.► Optimised 3D models, assembly, and mechanisms in terms of using the best materials, compact size, low input power mechanisms, easy assembly, cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and aesthetics.► Enhanced productivity by creating special BOM, including all machine parts with complete specifications and new part number system with process flow to support production and store department.► Increased machine's output speed by 20% after applying ISO and ASME standards, tolerance, standardisation, and some techniques as well as reduced reworks by 70%.

During my stint here, I led stock maintenance and monitored availability to report immediately prior to shortage and tracking on regular basis.My duties comprised of coordinating with design and R&D team to solve multiple problems.I was entrusted in delivering technical guidance to all departments, involving assembly, production, testing, and service.I was tasked with acquiring advanced knowledge of mechanical/electrical devices, including sensors, solenoid valves, hydraulics, and pneumatics as well as advancing experience in machine assembly, testing, and service.Here are some of my potential workings in this job:► Received recognition due to top performance in all departments and selected for team leader due to exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.► Manufactured machine parts and developed in-depth knowledge about many manufacturing processes, techniques, and product development, whilst reading drawings and operating cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping, lathe, mmdro, press, and shearing machines.
