My role and responsibilities revolves around:- Creating and updating data management plans (DMPs), assistance to study team members and biometricians to review study protocols for developing data capture forms - Leading to resolve regular DM queries/requests by the study team including data entry, imports, corrections, flaggings, data listing, study/data unlocks and study cancellations- Assisting quality data transfer from EDC systems (Medrio and FREDe) to Zoetis' SAS based system AHCARS. Rigorously contributing in a study's DMP compliance, xml creation (including translation and China studies), verification, troubleshooting, imports of VeDDRA/ATC Vet codes and IDDEX data, and final upload for the statistical analyses- Study setup and building in Zoetis owned EDC system (FREDe), testing the build, adapting and pushing study in live environment. Serving as FREDe admin member for any live use troubleshooting - As EU DM lead, providing DM systems trainings to the new colleagues, refresher sessions to study team and continuous improvement of the data systems- 20% secondment as a vCRA, assisting the clinical team daily operations, including:* QC of study protocols and final reports * Assistance in the preparation of submission dossiers* Preparation and management of a clinical study, EDC study monitoring * Study data verification, validation, and QC of MSFs as per SOPs and regulatory requirements- Contribution to the departmental activities, such as social committee or celebrations

With their headquarters in the US, I was the part of Anju's Data Division located in Antwerp, where my role particularly involved in data QA of their flagship product – TA Scan: a comprehensive, web-based clinical and commercial business intelligence solution that aggregates, connects, and analyzes global clinical trial data, presentation data, publication data, and many other data sources from the public domain into a single, intuitive database.As a Senior Data Analyst, I provided expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze clinical data and report results.
