Working as part of strategic HR division of Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited, reporting to the Corporate HR Head. Being placed in the corporate office I took care of and coordinated HR activities for various plants and the R&D Centres. Took Responsibility for core HR functions - • End-to-End Recruitment (AGM and Above level) – Head Hunting • Manpower planning • Designing & conducting training programs. • Analysing & Re-designing various CPC (career progression charts) of employees • Core member of HRBP team. To achieve the strategic objective of my profile I have undertaken & completed the following projects - 1. Developed strategic HR concept under the name “SUBEKSHA”(Well Wishes): the concept was introduced as a part of the employee departure process. Where a particular policy was introduced wherein all the formalities and procedures related to the departure of an employee from the organization were synchronized and channelized. 2. I-CMS: Developed the Ind-Swift Conflict Management System: It is a quantitative and predictive system developed to identify the potential reasons and behavioral aspects of a particular person that may be responsible for the conflict in the team and department. This helped reduce the unhealthy attrition that was caused due to intradepartmental conflicts.Arbeitet als Teil der strategischen HR-Abteilung von Ind-Swift Laboratories Limited und berichtet an den Corporate HR Head. I was given the opportunity to work with Ind Swift Laboratories as a Management Trainee at one of its Major API Manufacturing Sites of the Organization having manpower strength of over 2000+ employees. Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd is USD 1 Billion Group operating in areas of Pharmaceutical, Chemical, APIs, Real Estate, Printing and Education. With more than 6 manufacturing sites across the globe, group is catering to the needs of USFDA, MHRA, EDQM, KFDA, TGA, WHO and ROW markets as regulated cGMP manufacturer of APIs and Formulations. The roles and responsibilities included: • End-to-End Recruitment of employees up to Managerial Cadre for all the departments.• Handling the Training and Development of Employees and automating the same.• Responsible for designing new OD intervention programs for the site.• Introduced and Published SARTHAK Bi-annual Magazine for the organization.Ich hatte die Gelegenheit, bei Ind Swift Laboratories als Management-Trainee an einem der wichtigsten API-Produktionsstandorte der Organisation mit über 2000 Mitarbeitern zu arbeiten. I did my internship with Ind-Swift as a Management Intern and got an opportunity to understand the working of Corporate HR teams and how strategies and plans are designed at the corporate terminal of the organization to streamline the processes at all the sites.The particular project I worked on was "IMPACT OF VARIOUS SIGNIFICANT VARIABLES ON WORKERS ATTRITION AT QC QUALITY CONTROL LEVEL OF IND SWIFT LABORATORIES LIMITED”. In this project, I learned how to utilize various scientific tools and techniques to understand the causes of attrition in the Quality Control section of the organization.Apart from this, I was given an opportunity to understand the various other domains of the organization. I was given a brief overview of the Recruitment Process, HRBP strategies, and OD policies of the Organization.Ich habe mein Praktikum bei Ind-Swift als Management-Praktikant gemacht und bekam die Gelegenheit, die Arbeitsweise von Corporate HR-Teams zu verstehen und zu verstehen, wie Strategien und Pläne am Corporate Terminal der Organisation entworfen werden, um die Prozesse an allen Standorten zu rationalisieren.Das spezielle Projekt, an dem ich gearbeitet habe, war „IMPACT OF VARIOUS SIGNIFICANT VARIABLES ON WORKERS ATTRITION AT QC QUALITY CONTROL LEVEL OF IND SWIFT LABORATORIES LIMITED“. Ich erhielt einen kurzen Überblick über den Rekrutierungsprozess, die HRBP-Strategien und die OD-Richtlinien der Organisation.
