• Lead sourcing work packages of 1400 new parts for the transit van including, engineering concept finalization, market test, design competition, supplier selection, supplier agreement sign, RFQ submission, quote receiving and verification, commercial negotiations and signing the final commercial pack agreement.• Lead, coordinate and liaise with purchasing, finance, engineering, tech, marketing, cost estimating, material planning and logistics teams to deliver the project sourcing work packages.• Manage multiple program metrics, report out key findings & issues into senior management reviews via reports and presentations on a daily basis.• Successfully delivered 70% QVC for the getaway and managed the critical path for the TPV build phase.

• Lead and managed the sourcing packages, financial packages i.e. ED&T, tooling, long lead funding, material cost, investment analysis, commodities bottom-up & top-down financial targets and waterfalls for the project.• Delivered the project gateway sourcing actions for 1400 new parts, resulting in $90m ED&T saving and 100% quality of financials.• Lead, managed and delivered $62m long-lead funding and $250m vendor tooling for the project.• Received powertrain director engineering achievement award (Mar’16), PTIM chief engineer excellence award (Apr’17) for my contribution towards C-Car programs.• Successfully delivered Job#1 of Transit connect ICA 15.5 MY program.• Developed many one-pagers, supporting documents and training programs to train and help various teams including engineering, purchasing, finance and material planning and logistics.• Continuous feedback to system and program team to improve the current sourcing process, deleted many non- value added steps to shorten the overall approval time and increased the process efficiency by 30%.

• The lead interface between Powertrain cal & Control teams to consolidate H/W, S/W and Features information for clear communication back to the program team to support the program timing and requirements.• Lead, coordinated and delivered multiple programs, included emission technology upgrade (EGR systems, exhaust systems), TSS introduction, ACC introduction for 2-3% fuel saving and 20g/Km CO2 reduction.• Resolved business, technical, IT and process issues of 15MY programs by utilizing various company processes such as eFDVS, AIMs, WERS, GI, Product Creation system (PCS) & FMS (Fleet Management System).ACHIEVEMENTS: -• Delivered 15MY projects in line with developed master cycle plan, within the agreed scope of budget and quality along with timely senior management reviews.• Lead and delivered pull ahead of 15MY China Range Rover project and improved time to market by 6 months.• Supervised and managed the fleet management reports ensuring 10% daily issue reduction.• Developed vehicle off-road tracker to reduce non-value-added time during prototype testing.• Performed quantitative analysis of build lateness & its effects on project maturity and presented to seniors.• Performed a weighted analysis of the powertrain’s first prototype phase for cost reduction (Potential save $200k).• Attended training courses in the Electrical Vehicle Types and System Capability, including Low voltage (12V) / High Voltage (48V) systems, Architecture Definition, Components and System Design.
