I recently graduated from Boston University with a Master of Science in Computer Systems with a major in Data Analytics. Previously, I was a Product Manager Intern at Prodigy Finance where I worked on the community domain.At graduate school, back in 2022, I undertook a couple of directed studies where I worked on an open-ended research problems in finance and solved it using various data and machine learning algorithms. In addition to that, I also served as TA for two of the most advanced courses in the data domain taught in Boston University. I have professional experience of 4 years working at the top tier research institute and one of the booming startups in India. During my short stint at IIT Kanpur, I worked in a research lab in very nascent stage. I was responsible for: • Identifying data sources, Data Extraction (using APIs, crawling user Selenium and bs4) • Cleaning data, finding anomalies in the data, Standardizing data • Building Model and Predicting future needs.During my 2 years at Soroco, I extensively worked with Soroco's proprietary algorithm where I was responsible for: • Creating product and account health scorecards to track engagement • Analyzing massive data using proprietary analytical models (sequencing, classification) to recommend the ideal path to digital transformation for our customers. • Developed core product capabilities by identifying new use cases by identifying major customer pain-pointsRight from my undergrad, I have worked with multiple teams as the member of IEEE GTBIT, active member of Technical Society of GTBIT, coordinator for annual techno-cultural fest at the university to name a few. In the course of this time, I have worked with teams as big as 200 people to 5 people and audience over 100000 people.How data amalgamates with life and simplifies everything enamors me. In such an attempt, I have worked on multiple projects pertaining to data analytics and data science and written couple of technical papers as solutions that are now available on IEEE Xplore Digital Library.I want to work on products that make a difference with teams that collaboratively mark the difference by listening to the user, trusting data insights, designing, and prioritizing.
