Quality Assurance Analyst
Current• Lead for QA regression cycle and coordinator for successful deployment for every release on cloud platform at Medhost• Create, define and execute QA tests for new features, performance improvements, bug fixes, and production changes.• Coordinating with cross functional project teams including product owners and various stakeholders for smooth regression and deployments for all environments • Provide technical and functional assistance to Developers, QA and Project Managers to ensure software delivery is efficiently completed to QA standards.• Understand and use established QA processes and best practices, and continually improve upon them.• Perform automated and manual testing, analyzing, and documenting associated results.• Develop and manage quality assurance metrics for performance improvements within overall project.• Communicating status to team and senior management• Provides expertise, direction and coaching to junior staff, keep the QA Manager updated of team performance.
