I am a Healthcare Product and Digital Transformation leader with over 20 years of work experience in Healthcare - including Data Analytics, Value-Based Care, Clinical Quality, Product Management, Client Services, Revenue Cycle and Consulting. I served as a Senior Director of Product - Data Analytics and Reporting at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, I led a team to deliver data-driven insights and solutions for various healthcare products, encompassing HEDIS and STARS, that measure and improve the quality and performance of our health plans and providers. I leverage my skills in attention to detail, cross-functional team leadership, and business analysis to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understand their product needs and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations and best practices. I have a strong passion for improving health of patients and making the health system work better for everyone. I am also a holder of a Master's degree in Computers and a Master's degree in Business/Finance.
