Roles & Responsibilities:• Managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition lifecycle for various Business units.• Interacting with Business Heads to capture the details of the job across all the level and converting into the job description. • Weekly meetings with BUs to have a better understanding of resource required to obtain the right fit for the organization.• Sourcing appropriate resources through various channels – Employee Referrals, External Referrals, Social Networking, Direct and Vendors.• Conducting competency-based HR evaluation/interviews including salary negotiation.• Offer-related approvals, offer release, joining formality for the new hires.• Maintaining pipeline of rare skills as well as few standard skills based on demand and planning forecast and mitigating the risk of billing loss.• Adhering to recruitment metrics -Turnaround time (TAT), Source joining ratio, Joining ratio etc. Key ExpertiseIT/ Client-Server, Remote Infrastructure, Analytics, Domain, Mobile Technologies, Non-ITSpecial Assignments• Have proposed and implemented various strategic initiatives to increase joining through employee referral.• Proposed and implemented the initiative – Candidate Feedback Management, an initiative to further streamline the recruitment process and make it a positive, attractive and engaged experience for candidates. • Market Analysis to check availability of niche skill in Indian market.• Actively working on Internal Job Posting (IJP) from the start till the logical closure. • Performing internal audit for all joiners with respect to PCMM Level 5 Guidelines. Reports and MISContribution to HR Dashboards: Monthly & Quarterly Recruitment Report, New Offers & New Joiner Report, Hiring Cost Report, Headcount report.
