CurrentMaintain continuous dialogue with clients, enquiring for any potential need of services,technical advice or spare parts.Prepare offers and tenders for customers ensuring clarity of understanding, with particularattention to: scope of work and battery limits, exclusions, delivery terms and generalcommercial conditions (i.e. payment terms, liabilities).Ensure that an accurate and up-to-date client database is available, and that key clients areassigned a Pyromet representative; this function should ensure that clients are frequentlycontacted, and that relationships are fostered and developedCustomer satisfaction surveysParticipate in project close out meetings and distribute the knowledge to subordinatesMaintain Sales department estimating tools and database, ensuring rates are up to dateBuild client relationships that will be beneficial to the CompanyCost estimation of complex industrial plantsDevelopment of complex cost structures, incorporating multiple engineering disciplinesProvide consulting support and problem solving solutions to internal and external clientsPrepare budgets for development projects, proposals and feasibility studies
