Versatile software deliveries for kiosk (Self-service solution) including products like passbook printing, cash deposit, cheque deposit with CTS integrated solution, Bill payment, insurance payment, G2C services, Enterprise solutions for centralized system for kiosk monitoring, Transaction management etc. More than 40K self-service kiosk deployed on field with said solutions. Demonstrating excellence in managing software deliveries for SAAS business on Real time collection management system, call management, solutions on Mobile platform etc.  Credentials of leading the development of an ad hoc business cases- oversee the design, planning, and necessary allocation of resources to serve the critical requirements on priority to support the Business / service.  Defining a strategy on people management and doing online correction whenever required
