I am a Computer Science and Engineering graduate with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving. During my professional experience as a Cloud Telephony Engineer at Servetel Communications, I developed expertise in cloud-based solutions, telephony systems, and technical assistance, which honed my skills in troubleshooting, communication, and working with complex systems.Now, I'm transitioning into the field of Data Analytics, eager to leverage my analytical mindset and technical knowledge to extract meaningful insights from data.
