My experience at Create Design +Architecture was mostly considering the planning policies and accordingly calculating the feasibility of different projects while closely working with the planning team and liaising with the architectural team. My current role is working as a project manager for a construction/real estate company dealing with mostly mixed-use developments. Directly being involved in the procurement of the site, collaborating with the team, planning, construction, and until completion of the project. Regular site visits and hands-on experience has been the most interesting part of this job role.My part-time experience at UDEX Architecture has been in varied types of projects from residential rear extensions to multi-story additions and conversion. The projects were mainly designed for ambitious, high-achieving, and purpose-driven homeowners and property entrepreneurs. My experience here ranged across all RIBA stages, from initial feasibility assessments and planning applications to technical design and construction monitoring. In India, my work experience included multidisciplinary, research-based, and collaborative design projects.
