Performance management system- Understand the performance management for all grade level employees of RBI- Hands on experience of PMS software at RBI and assisting in the score submission from review committee to the employees- Survey the satisfaction level of the new PMS system amongst the employees- Analyse new PMS system over the existing bell curve distribution- Suggest Improvements based on the analysis of the survey

- Being a part of Agile Development model project, I have formulated user stories, developed java code and also have done manual testing- We had to develop website in java and java server faces after understanding the requirements from business analyst and the client- Perform unit testing on the developed code
